Credential Request Form

MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUEST - Requests for SUN 'n FUN 2012 media credentials are now being accepted.  All qualifying working media representatives requesting a 2012 SUN 'n FUN Media Credential are requested to complete and submit the Media Credential Request Form below in accordance with the instructions. All media credential requests must be completed and received by SUN 'n FUN Communications as soon as possible but no later than Monday, March 5, 2012, to allow our Media Center volunteers time to process and return, via email, verification of approval and onsite registration directions. 

Please Note: The assigning media outlet must make the credential request for any staff or freelance editor or photographer assigned to cover SUN 'n FUN. A phone number and email address is required for the individual making the request on behalf of the media organization. You must also include a current, verifiable email address and cell phone for each person for whom you are requesting credentials. Please complete all fields on the before submitting the following form.

You will be notified that your request has been received by return e-mail sent from address media@sun-n-fun.org. Please re-submit your request if you have not received confirmation within a 24 hour period.

Approval of media credential requests will be issued also by e-mail in a timely process. The approval e-mail will extend our welcome and provide details concerning media parking and the new onsite registration location & procedure.  We look forward to welcoming you to SUN 'n FUN 2012.
