The procedure for submission of Press Conference requests during SUN 'n FUN 2012 is activated using the form below. Please note that press conferences are available to official SUN 'n FUN sponsors, exhibitors and program participants. Simply complete the Press Conference Request Form below. Complete the entire form, providing both the company who will be presenting to the press, as well as the name and contact information of the individual issuing the request. While we will make every effort to accommodate each request, we anticipate that time slots in the Press Room in the 2012 Media Center (relocated to the Tom Davis Educational Center) will fill quickly. We may not be able to accommodate your initial request, so we ask you to provide two optional date/times slots. It is noted, that we will understandably, give our SUN 'n FUN 2012 Sponsors priority in confirming slots in the week’s schedule…another advantage of sponsor status.

The Press Conference schedule (Media Center Press Room and At-Exhibitors locations) will be published on this website on March 1, 2012.
