Press Conference Request Form

A request for blocking a press conference during the 39th Annual SUN ‘n FUN International Fly-In & Expo should be made by using the form below. Please note that press conference scheduling is being made available for official SUN 'n FUN sponsors, exhibitors and program participants.

Complete the entire form, providing both the company who will be presenting to the press, as well as the name and contact information of the individual issuing the request. While we will make every effort to accommodate each request, we anticipate that time slots for a press conference will fill up quickly.

You may request a time slot for the Nikon Media Center and/or make arrangements to gather the media at your exhibit on the SUN ‘n FUN grounds. To avoid scheduling conflicts, please provide two optional date/time slots. We will give our SUN 'n FUN 2013 sponsors priority in confirming slots in the week’s schedule

The press conference schedule (Nikon Media Center Press Room and on-site locations) will be published on this website in draft form by March 15, 2013.
