The Florida Air Museum at SUN 'n FUN and the Florida Aviation Historical Society cordially invite you to join us for the 7th annual Florida Aviation Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.
A special luncheon and program honoring the 2009 Florida Aviation Hall of Fame Inductees.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2009 at 12:00 p.m.
Three new members of the Florida Aviation Hall of Fame will be honored during induction ceremonies scheduled for December 11, 2009 at the Florida Air Museum at SUN ‘n FUN, Florida’s official aviation museum and education center.
The 2009 inductees include:

LeRoy Brown – Native Floridian, 29 year career National Airlines pilot, past President U.S. Airline Industry Museum Foundation, valued SUN 'n FUN volunteer. |

Amelia Earhart – Legendary aviation pioneer & advocate, captivated the public's fascination with the drama & promise of aviation. |

David McCampbell - Annapolis graduate, revered, decorated WW II Navy Ace, Medal of Honor recipient, past resident West Palm Beach, FL. |
Inductees were identified and confirmed by the Florida Aviation Hall of Fame Selection Committee, comprised of members of the Florida Aviation Historical Society in cooperation with the Florida Air Museum. The Florida Aviation Historical Society (F.A.H.S.) is a not-for-profit organization of aviation enthusiasts joined together to record, honor, and perpetuate Florida’s rich aviation heritage. Photographs of these distinguished aviators will be placed among past inductees highlighted in a permanent Florida Air Museum display.
