Sandy Bridges Named Acting Director of Media & Communications at SUN 'n FUN 2012

Sandy Bridges has joined SUN ‘n FUN as the Acting Director for Media and Communications.  She is a familiar face in our Media Center, having volunteered there in 2011.

She brings a great deal of media experience with her from her present and past experiences with the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Olympic Committee.  For more than twenty years she has worked in the Polk County area in a number of program development, customer service and communication capacities.

Sandy is excited about working with the SUN ’n FUN staff and volunteers to bring all the excitement and news of the event to the public eye.  We welcome her to the SUN ‘n FUN team of volunteer staff.  Look for Sandy in the Media Center during the SUN ‘n FUN International Fly-In & Expo.  She can be reached at sbridges@sun-n-fun.org or 863-644-2431 ext. 112.
