HOW TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR

The aviation marketplace moves to Lakeland Linder
Regional Airport during the fly-in. With hundreds of exhibitors, fly-in visitors
can look forward to seeing the latest in aviation products, planes and services
on display in four indoor exhibit buildings and many outdoor spaces and aircraft
displays.
To request booth space for the Sun 'n Fun Fly-In, you must
submit a letter in writing. Please describe your product or
service and any special space requirements you require. Also, please
indicate how late we may contact you if we have a last-minute cancellation.
If your business meets our aviation-related criteria you will be notified and
placed on the waiting list for exhibitor space for the current year.
Exhibitors from the previous year convention have first right of refusal on their space, then any open spaces are filled from
the waiting list which is compiled from the letters received. If your product or service does not meet our criteria you will
be notified immediately. Please send your letter to:
