Treat yourself, your family or business associates to a VIP view of the SUN 'n FUN International Fly-In & Expo. You can now upgrade your SUN ‘n FUN experience to the comfort and benefits available through two VIP Guest Options!

Experience the thrills and enjoyment of the SUN 'n FUN International Fly-In & Expo as a member of the SUN 'n FUN exclusive 9/27 Circle. Membership in the 9/27 Circle puts you “center stage” at the annual premier of the aviation year in North America, offering you the best seats on the SUN ’n FUN campus surrounded by the finest festival amenities and VIP hospitality. Membership limited to 100 members. 

There will be no better vantage point from which to experience SUN ’n FUN’s acclaimed daily air show. Think of the 9/27 Circle club as a personal “Skybox on the Flightline ” from which to enjoy and participate in the campus wide schedule of activities, programs and events throughout the SUN 'n FUN show week. 

Membership includes:

• Weekly SUN 'n FUN admission and 9/27 Club lanyard/pass.

• Daily access to an exclusive luxury air-conditioned chalet, with comfortable executive club furnishings, dining area, private conversation areas, and the best seats to observe SUN 'n FUN’s acclaimed daily airshow and the signature Friday night airshow and fireworks celebration.  

• Opportunities to socialize with aviation celebrities who will stop in throughout the week for casual conversation during the lunch hour.

• Daily continental breakfast, catered lunch, and a full complement of snacks, beer, wine, full bar, sodas, water and coffee bar throughout the day.

• VIP parking (special parking area on the southeast perimeter of show site) with shuttle service to the 9/27 Circle chalet

• Access to the 9/27 Circle’s exclusive climate-controlled flushing toilet restrooms.

• VIP Event Transportation Service. A cell phone call will bring a golf cart and driver to escort guests from anywhere onsite to the 9/27 Circle chalet, or another part of the SUN 'n FUN campus.

Two lucky winners will be chosen each day during the Fly-In to ride in this beautifully restored Beechcraft C-45F.

This aircraft was built in Wichita Kansas in December of 1944 and delivered to the US Army Air Force at Bowman Field, Kentucky in January of 1945 making her a true World War II veteran. She remained in military service, generally with command units in the southeast US, until being sold as surplus in 1957.

 “CC-696” is based at Sumter, South Carolina (KSMS) and proudly owned by Hal Ewing.

A second VIP option for our 38th Annual SUN ’n FUN guests is our Flightline Club located along the northern perimeter of our popular Warbird Ramp with an unobstructed view of the SUN 'n FUN flightline activities and daily airshow. Membership in the Flightline Club is available for the week or on a daily basis. Daily membership will be limited to 200 members so order your membership early.

Membership includes:

• SUN 'n FUN admission and Flightline Club Pass.

• Daily or weekly Flightline Club memberships available

• Free parking in the main auto parking area, available for online purchases only.

• Access to the Flightline Club designated airshow seating area and hospitality tent through the entire day and for Friday Night Airshow

• Complimentary “Festival Food/Beverage Service” including water, soda, coffee, beer & wine 
  Hot Coffee & Donuts:    Available 9am-11am
  Lunch:                              Available 11am-4pm
  Snacks:                            Available 1pm-6pm
  Water, Soda, Coffee:     Available all Day

PRICING: 

NEW for 2012! Flightline Club memberships include your admission to the Fly-In.

Club membership is available for $85 per day.
Weekly membership (6 show days) is available for $375.

Children (ages 6-17): $35 per day or $110 for the week. 
Children (5 & Under) are free. 

Club membership limited to 200 persons per day. 

*Children must be accompanied by an adult
