In a recent email, 96% of the 2012 Ambassador team indicated that they are once again willing to volunteer to help spread the word in their local communities about the 39th Annual SUN ‘n FUN International Fly-In & Expo, April 9-14, 2013. If you were an Ambassador last year and you received our email and responded to us, we have a label with your name on it all ready to send materials to you!
However, if you are interested in becoming a new member of our elite group of messengers, please complete the form below and let us know how to reach you. We are offering anyone with a passion for aviation to have the chance to join us in spreading the word. Just fill out the attached form and we will send you SUN 'n FUN posters, event brochures, and stickers to distribute in your local area. Register by February 1, 2013 to be a part of the Ambassador activities.
We get very excited about our annual event and know that as the 2nd largest aviation event in the world, we have a lot to offer the aviation community and guests who enjoy the thrills of an airshow! However, SUN ‘n FUN is not only an annual event - we have made a commitment to the future. To help you understand more about why we do what we do year round and further spread that message through your community, visit http://www.youtube.com/sunnfuninc and watch “A Brighter Future through Aviation.” We are proud of the kids on our campus. Your commitment assists us with the on-going work completed by educators, volunteers and staff.
As we start outreach activities, we are missing a few states! Do you live in Delaware, Idaho, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont or Wisconsin? We need Ambassadors in those states!
You may be able to take a tax deduction for your charitable mileage. We can provide you with the necessary form. Please discuss this with your tax advisor And, if you want to send a photo of you putting up our event poster in an FBO or at a regional Fly-in, we will post it on our Facebook page to recognize your effort.
